ABOUT

Whitney has always had a design eye and business mindset. In every job she undertook she found herself identifying efficiencies, quality improvements, and supporting with training efforts. In 2014, this led her to pursue and obtain her master's degree in Human Resource Development which covered organizational development, leadership,  learning and development, and instructional design. Her 8 year career in this work started with supporting corporate entities, however; her passion for catalyzing change led her to redirect her skills and experience towards child welfare and non-profit efforts.

She created Amplify Your Advocacy with a vision to support small to midsize organizations and individuals who are driving impactful initiatives. Whitney's convergence of expertise in learning, marketing, and business strategy enables her to craft personalized and holistic solutions that will align with overarching business goals.

If you share the aspiration of driving meaningful change through education, training, communication, and strategic initiatives, I invite you to explore further and connect.
